You need to adjust database permissions apparently.
You can try to connect to your database using some other tool to test connection/permission and once verified attempt to install Epesi.
I would not recommend running Epesi CRM on NAS drive because it uses considerable amount of memory and processing power. On the other hand we had reports of Epesi running on Raspberry PI - slow but working. Well - give it a try and please report what is your experience.
