nnader It seems that you did not do a composer install. This should be done automatically if you did the update using the update.php script. How did you do the update?
jasiek Your installation was fixed. In the future please make a backup first before running any type of the upgrade. If something goes wrong you will be able to go back to the working version very quickly.
