Roundcube Create Rule

Normally in roundcube there is a create rule window. Is there a way to get this into roundcube on epesi?

Roundcube is a third party software just integrated into Epesi. All plugins and rules should work fine.

But there is NO "create rule" box with Whitelist / Blacklist etc.
Is there a way to integrate this, or any code we can add to the roundcube module.

I have attached two snips of the same account - one on the web browser of the mail company direct and one from the epesi instance. Both are using "Larry". As you can see the Create Rule box in Epesi is missing.
Can't find any settings or info on roundcube forum to set this up in epesi.
