i have a problem, when i upload file from my Localhost it work ,but dosn't work from a distance
This is a problem with your HTTP server configuration. Outside of scope of this support forum.
First try to serve any page - even a simple HTML page of phpinfo - from your localhost to another computer. Check your port mappings, firewall etc.
