Unique field in contacts

i am search in this forum but not found solution for my problem

i need unique field in catacts fild name is CPF and with 14 numerics validation buth not work

sorry my bad english... i am brazilian guy....

else necessary i pay for this service, very much important for my project

Good Morning !

I am not very experienced in programming. I would like help even if this help was paid, I am willing to pay. I need to add a rule in the contact module where I would check a field called 11 digit CPF that would be unique there could be no other contact that had this same number. I tried to deploy this code by copying and pasting in the contact module but I can't understand the array in the end how should I proceed?
