Hi ashwiz ,
I am sorry for not replying for quite some time.
I have a version of Epesi 1.9.0 RC on Github that seems quite stable and it was tested on PHP 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3
If you want to give it a try then just clone it and test:

The "master" branch should work.
I will post on the forum when new version is ready.
I apologize for the delay, unfortunately there is quite a lot of spaghetti code left by "programmers" who apparently knew shit about coding standards or common sense for example. I am still discovering how the code is fucked up by... well we know who worked on the code and was paid for that.
Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

The good news is that it can get only better from now on. I am cleaning the code to come up with a stable release. In the meantime there is already work being done on Epesi 2.0 which will be based on an excellent https://www.agiletoolkit.org/
Stay tuned....
As for 1.9.0 release addressing PHP compatibility problem - I can not promise the date as I don't want to give you an unstable version, but I will try by mid February 2020, meaning within 2 weeks.
