Hi I am trying to install a new version of Epesi and I ve run on some problems
Conf Apache 2.4.41, php 7.0.33, Mysql 8.0.18 clean install of Wamp server on local machine
Localization Europe/Athens
1) Tried to install Epesi 1.8.2 - 201804 with no error reporting installed and running until i wanted to see calendar
No hour is displayed, cant select date when adding new appointment etc, in user settings dropdown list of time and dates are empty
with error reporting i get the following startup errors about

If I change the language to English it works fine....
2) Tried to install epesi-190RC_stable_setup same configuration and i get the following during installation after i setup the database.. (database is created but only a few tables are there...

tried to run composer update no luck...
database of epesi is created with collation utf8_unicode_ci
All the folder of epesi subfolders etc user "Everyone" has all rights, checked with web file viewer app 777 everywhere
Can you please help me in any of these versions in order to work with php7
